How to Use

• Pour 190-200 ml of almond milk (recommended for taste and low calories), water, milk, soy milk or oat milk into the shaking bottle before you put the powder. 
• Add 35g (2½ spoons) of the powder into the shaker. 
• Shake it in a circular motion instead of up and down for better mix.   

Instructions for washing:

• Boil the bottle lightly for about 5 seconds. 
• OR mix dishwashing detergent/baking powder with warm water.

*Avoid direct contact with boiling water for long as the shape may be deformed.
