Do you deliver within Singapore, and how much does it cost?
Yes. Standard delivery is free for orders above S$50. Orders below S$50 pay a S$5.50 standard shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does delivery take in Singapore?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery may take a little longer during major sales and public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is temporarily unavailable. We currently deliver to Singapore addresses only. Subscribe to our newsletter to be told when international shipping comes back.
Do you have a physical store or a pickup point?
No. Eunogo Shop is an online store only, with no pickup point or showroom. We deliver anywhere in Singapore.
Can I buy Eunogo products on Shopee or Lazada?
Yes. You can shop with us on Lazada Singapore. De:maf products are also available on the official De:maf Shopee store in Singapore, which Eunogo runs. Prices and promotions may differ between our website and the marketplaces.

Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. We build direct relationships with every brand we carry and buy directly from them, never from other third parties. Every product we bring in is notified with Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA) under the cosmetic product notification scheme.
Where can I buy authentic De:maf in Singapore?
Eunogo is the official Singapore distributor of De:maf. You can buy De:maf on our website in the De:maf collection, or on the official De:maf Shopee store, which Eunogo runs. De:maf is a Korean skincare brand focused on strengthening the skin barrier.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry Korean derma and clinic-focused brands, including De:maf, USOLAB, OxygenCeuticals, Ceramine, Dr. Jecori, iLomys, AOSA Dermarssance and BEIGIC. Eunogo is the official Singapore distributor of all the brands we carry, and the exclusive authorised distributor of USOLAB in Singapore.
How do you choose the products you sell?
Our team in Korea talks to dermatologists, aestheticians and brand founders, checks every ingredient list and verifies manufacturing standards. Our team then tests each product personally, and a focus group with different skin types tests it again before launch. Read more in Our Story.

Which cleanser suits sensitive skin in Singapore's humid weather?
If you like a light, foamy cleanse, try the De:maf All Day Glow Rice Jelly Cleanser. It is a gentle gel-to-foam cleanser made without fragrance, paraben or sulphate. For very sensitive skin, the USOLAB Soft Oatmeal Enzyme Powder Wash is a slightly acidic (pH 5.9) powder cleanser with 8 ingredients. If your skin feels tight after cleansing, the De:maf Creamy Milk Cleanser is a non-stripping milk cleanser suitable for sensitive skin.
What skincare should I use after laser, Rejuran, HIFU or microneedling?
Always follow your doctor's aftercare instructions first, especially in the first few days. After that, gentle soothing and barrier-repair products are usually the focus. Our Medical / Post-Procedure collection includes clinic-focused products such as the OxygenCeuticals PP (Post Procedure) Cream and the USOLAB PDRN Calming Mask. We also have aftercare guides for laser, HIFU and microneedling.
What is "derma" or clinic-grade Korean skincare?
It means skincare from Korean brands that develop or supply products for dermatology and aesthetic clinics. These products often focus on soothing, barrier repair and post-procedure care. Many of these brands are hard to find in mainstream Singapore retailers, which is why we curate them.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Browse our Sensitive skin collection. A simple barrier-focused routine is a good starting point: a gentle cleanser, the De:maf Bubble Toner and a moisturiser. Many products come in travel sizes, so you can try them before buying full size.
Can I use these products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We mark suitable products in our Pregnancy / Breastfeeding collection. If you have medical concerns, check with your doctor first.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return products within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email hello@eunogoshop.com to start a return.
How long does a refund take?
