1.1.1 forms part of (and should be read in conjunction with) the terms and conditions governing your contractual and commercial relationship with Eunogo Pte Ltd (“Eunogo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and under which we supply goods and services to you;

4.1 Certain services available on the Online Platform and/or through our offices are offered in conjunction with the third party aesthetic specialists, cosmetic surgeons and other medical professionals (the “Medical Professionals”).
4.2 In order for us to provide the services to you, we may have to disclose and provide your Personal Date to the Medical Professionals. Please note that certain services may be unavailable if you do not want to disclose the Personal Data to the Medical Professionals.
4.3 We may transfer your Personal Data to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, but we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
4.4 In addition we may pass your information onto one of our carefully selected business partners or to other carefully selected third parties to enable them to send you information which may be of interest to you but only if you have given us permission to do so.
