Refund & Return Policy

 

Return
All products can be returned and refunded within 30 days since your purchase. 
The returned item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for the refund. Return shipping charge has to be borne by the customer. Any international return are also subject to duty and/or GST payment and an additional handling charge under the Customs Act and the Goods Services Tax (GST) shall also be borne by the customer. If you want to return your purchase, please email us at hello@eunogoshop.com and we would be happy to help. 

Refund 
Once your return is received and inspected by our product vendors, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
