Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore)

Within Singapore, free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders above S$50. For orders below S$50, S$5.5 standard shipping charge will be applied. Domestic orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.


International Shipping 

We currently ship orders from Singapore to the following countries via DHL Express: 

Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei, Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, Australia/New Zealand, India, USA (not including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, Mexico, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City, UK, Japan, Cambodia, Laos, Fiji, Papua New Guinea. 

For Malaysia, free standard shipping is applied for orders above S$200. For orders below S$200, S$20 international shipping charge will be applied. 

For United Arab Emirates (Only Dubai and Abu Dhabi), free standard shipping is applied for orders above S$250. For orders below S$250, S$50 international shipping charge will be applied.

For the rest of international destinations, free standard shipping is applied for orders above S$250. For orders below S$250, S$40 international shipping charge will be applied.

International orders are delivered within 4-10 business days depending on the country. 


Duties & Taxes

For customers outside of Singapore, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
