- Reduce overall shower time to around 5 minutes. When our skin is exposed to water, soap, or detergent for a long time, it becomes dry and dull. The sooner you finish your shower, the better it is for your skin.
- Do not wipe your body vigorously with a shower ball or towel. Shower balls and towels that appear soft on the outside are actually sharp materials that can easily damage the skin, so avoid them as much as possible.
- Keep your body moisturized with body cream or lotion.
How to Use
- Pump an appropriate amount of the body wash and lather.
- Cleanse your body using hands and try to keep your shower time to around 5 minutes only to prevent dry and dull skin.
