How to Use
- Apply all over your lips. Blur out the harsh edges with finger if needed.
- (Optional): Layer #7 Blow A Kiss + #1 Favorite. Start by applying #7 Blow A Kiss on the entire lips. Followed by applying #1 Favorite on the inner lips to create a gradient look.
