How to Use
- Apply all over your lips. Blur out the harsh edges with finger if needed.
- (Optional): Layer #9 Bliss + #10 Heavenly. Start by applying #9 Bliss on the entire lips. Followed by applying #10 Heavenly on the inner lips to create a gradient look.
