Bad Shower Habits: Are You Guilty?

Tip 1: Keep Your Shower Time Short
The first tip Regina emphasizes is to keep your shower time as short as possible, preferably within 5 to 10 minutes. Longer showers strip away your skin’s natural oils and open up pores, allowing moisture to escape.
Tip 2: Avoid Using Shower Balls or Scrubs
During your shower, avoid using shower balls or scrubs as they can damage your skin barrier. Instead, simply use your hands to rub the shower foam all over your body.
